Mock time

If you freeze the mock time, "now" will ALWAYS be that time. For example if you set it to 2020-01-01 at 09:00 now, it will be 09:00 in an hour as well. If you don't freeze it, it will be 10:00 in an hour. Note that components that repeatedly update the current tim, like a countdown, won't change with freezed mock time
